Ithaca College

Ithaca Collegewas originally a music conservatory. On campus housing is guaranteed for all 4 years for the 6000 undergraduates. Exploratory is a popular major for freshmen as they are free to take courses in a variety of areas. Top programs include their OT, PT and Athletic Training programs as there is a clinic right on campus. The Music department hosts over 300 performances a year. It is a test optional school and do not need test scores to for merit aid. Students must apply for a music minor. Their LGBTQ environment is inclusive. They have housing for trans and gender neutral bathrooms. Students enjoy the Ithaca Farmers market and go downtown to enjoy a multitude of restaurants.
