Catholic University of America, located in Washington D.C., is a globally recognized research institution with 3,000 undergraduates. Its 9 academic schools consist of Architecture and Planning, Arts and Sciences, Business, Education, Music, Drama, and Art, Philosophy, Social Service, Theology and Religious Studies, and Nursing. Catholic University offers a Direct Nursing Program and is currently building a brand new $80-million nursing and science building with simulation labs. It also offers Pre-Professional Studies for law, dental, medicine, and veterinary students. They offer a joint 3/3 B.A. and J.D. Program. Located next to the Brookland-CUA Metro Stop on the D.C. Red Line, the campus is accessible to vibrant activities on and off campus.
Catholic University does NOT charge an application fee and is test-optional. Catholic University, a globally recognized research university, is one of few colleges that allow students to co-author published papers as undergrads.
